:If you are needing a last-minute holiday drink good enough for a crowd, look no further. These Raspberry Cream Mimosas are where it’s at! They are packed full of goodness and things to make you and your guests feel holly and jolly!
What You Need to Make Raspberry Cream Mimosas:
- 1 bottle Rosé Champagne
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups Ice Cubes
How to Make Raspberry Cream Mimosas:
First, in a blender add ice cubes, sugar, and fresh raspberries, blend until the mixture resembles a raspberry slush.
Next, in the bottom of each champagne flute add 1/2 teaspoon of grenadine. Then spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons of raspberry slush mixture into champagne glass.
Add a 1/2 tablespoon of heavy cream to each glass and then top with Rosé Champagne.
Garnish with a 1 or 2 whole raspberry. You can even add a mint leaf for color.
