Things to Note:

  • If you have a 2-liter of Coca-Cola instead of a 12oz. can, you can measure out 1 1/2 cups of soda.

How to Make 2-Ingredient Coke Cake

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8×8-inch square pan

chocolate cake mix in a bowl

Combine the cake mix and Coca Cola® into a bowl and stir until fully combined. Don’t worry if the batter looks thin – this is totally normal when making cakes without eggs.

Pour the batter into your greased pan, then place it in the preheated oven for 30 minutes (for 8-inch pans) or 35 minutes (for 9×13 inch pans).

The best way to test if your cake is done is by using a toothpick – insert it into the center of the cake and if it comes out clean, that means your cake is all done baking!

Let it cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
