How to Make Cheddar Cream of Mushroom Chicken:

Preheat your Ninja cooking system or Crock-Pot. I set mine to oven bake at 275 degrees. Adjust this temperature based on the amount of time you want to cook.

By the way, you can surely use an Instant Pot and use the slow cook setting.

Place your chicken breasts into the pan spread evenly apart.

Pour the entire can of cream of mushroom soup on top of the chicken.

Allow to cook for several hours (with the Ninja cooking system it cooks much faster at a lower heat then with a slow cooker).

During the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle the tops of the chicken with the cheddar french fried onions and allow to cook until finished.

Serve with a side of vegetables or rice and enjoy!

I'm going to make this with 4 chicken breasts rather than 2, do you think I will need to double the soup as well?

I tried making this but was unable to find the cheddar french fried onions. Is that an item only found at a specialty store? Thanks for sharing such an easy recipe.

They carry them here at Walmart, Target and Smith's which is my local owned Kroger store. I would check those places :)
