Now, I know I called this a Fruit Salad even though it has Jicama. While Jicama is a vegetable and not a fruit, it does taste like an apple (although not as sweet).

Also, since the rest of the ingredients are fruits, I thought it’d be easier to describe this as a fruit salad but it is a fruit and vegetable salad.

No matter what you decide to call this, this Patriotic Fruit Salad is so easy to make and will certainly be visually appealing at any 4th of July celebration.

It is also perfect for Memorial Day, Labor Day, and any holiday where an American Flag display is appropriate.

Pair this with our Red, White and Blue Shots, Bomb Pop Cocktail, and Very Berry Cheesecake Jars and you’ll have the most epic Independence Day celebration around!
