Air Fryer Peppermint Snack Cake

It’s one of the easiest cakes to make so, it’s perfect to whip up on a whim.
Aside from enjoy a slice of peppermint snack cake yourself, it’s the perfect holiday treat to serve up at your holiday party.

What You Need to Make Air Fryer Peppermint Snack Cake
For The Cake:
- Boiling of Water
- Butter
- Egg
- Vanilla
- Sugar
- Flour
- Cocoa
- Baking Powder
- Salt
- Baking Soda
- Monin Peppermint Syrup
For the frosting:
- Vanilla Frosting
- Candy Cane’s or Peppermints – some crushed to sprinkle on top – some whole peppermints to top

Can I use pre-made cake mix?
Yes you can. Just make sure you use just enough to fill the square foil pan without overfilling it.
Can I bake this in the oven?
Yes. You can make the recipe as-is but instead of using the air fryer, just use the oven and keep an eye on it.

How to Make Air Fryer Peppermint Snack Cake
In a large mixing bowl, add the Water, Butter, Egg, Vanilla, and Sugar, and stir well until smooth.
Add the Flour, Cocoa, Baking Powder, Salt, and Baking Soda, and stir until well blended.
Add the Peppermint Syrup, and stir well to mix.

Spray the Foil Pan, generously with Cooking Spray, and pour the Cake Batter into the pan.
Place the pan in the Air Fryer, and bake at 350 degrees for 15 – 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. (Make sure to check the Cake in the Air Fryer after about 10 to 12 minutes).

When the Cake is done, remove from the Air Fryer to a wire rack, and cool completely.

When the Cake is completely cooled, Frost the Cake, right in the pan, with the Vanilla Frosting.
Crush part of the Candy Canes, or Peppermints, and sprinkle on top of the Frosting. Add whole Peppermints to each piece of Cake before serving.
