Blueberry Vodka Lemonade

I love blueberries and lemons during the hot summer months. They are refreshing and you get that perfect tart/sour combination that makes your tastebuds go wild.

I’ve made everything from Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Bars to Lemon Depression Cake.

That is where this Blueberry Vodka Lemonade comes into play.

It is easier than it looks to make and not only is it beautifully layered in taste, but it’s a showstopper to serve.

How do you layer a drink successfully?

The secret to layering drinks successfully relies on two things:

  1. Starting with the heaviest liquid in the drink—or the liquid with the most sugar content. That gets poured as the first layer into the glass.
  2. A drink layering tool. Trust me, this is entirely worth the money! You can also use the upside down spoon trick but I really think this drink layering tool is a total game changer!
