Using a medium ice cream scooper, scoop out some dough and roll into a ball. If you have a food scale on hand, you can weigh the cookies to 2.5 ounces so you know they will all be the same size and bake evenly.

Place the cookies onto a cookie sheet and lightly flatten into a thick disk (you can use the bottom of a cup or small bowl to help with this)

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown

Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Make The Frosting While The Cookies Cool

Using the standing mixer, beat all ingredients, except the sprinkles, together until combined and smooth and holds a peak

Scoop the frosting into the piping bag

Starting from the middle of the cookie, pipe a thick spiral of frosting from the middle to the edge of the cookie

How to Store The Cookies

Make sure you store any leftover cookies in an airtight container away from heat and moisture. You can safely store these at room temperature for a few days. If you prefer, you can also store these in the refrigerator for a few days as well (they will then become chilled cookies).

I was thinking of making these, but not the frosting. Would it still taste ok? Or does it need the frosting to be nice and sweet.

In my opinion, the frosting is what really makes the cookie but you can certainly make the cookie without it. It just won't be as sweet.

Hello, I do not have this bakery where I live and am not familiar with the cookie size. While I do plan on weighing the dough as per instructions, I would like to know beforehand if the yield of only 6 cookies is accurate? Approximately how big are these cookies in diameter? Are they almost like personal cookie cakes? They look smaller in the pictures, and I have not done the math on the ingredients to the weight per cookie to see if that equals only six. It feels like it would make more with 4 1/2 cups of flour! Please respond ASAP if you can, I would really appreciate it as I want to make these for my little brothers birthday this weekend. They sound and look delicious, and I will make sure to leave an updated review once I make them!

Hi Rey, so, looking at Crumbl Cookies, each cookie is a 5.5-ounce cookie and measures about 4.5 inches wide. They are much large cookies than just a typically personal size cookie. Hope that helps!
