- Brown sugar

- Cream cheese, softened
- Butter, softened – This can be salted, it’s for the frosting
- Milk
- Powdered sugar
- Orange zest – Fresh orange zest is best

- A stand mixer or other electric mixer
- Mixing bowl
- Microwave-safe bowl
- Parchment Paper
- Baking dish

Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bars
Ingredients
For The Bars
- ¾ cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 4 ounces white baking chocolate chopped
For the icing
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup butter softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 5 cups powdered sugar
- Zest of ½ an orange
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- 4 ounces white baking chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl using an electric mixer mix together the butter and sugar until combined.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, ginger, salt, cranberries and white chocolate.
- Line a 9×13 with parchment paper.
- Pour in the batter and smooth out.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Set aside to cool completely.
- Meanwhile make the icing.
- In a large bowl using an electric mixer whip together the cream cheese, butter, milk, powdered sugar and orange zest.
- Spread the icing over the top.
- Sprinkle with more cranberries.
- In a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals melt the white chocolate.
- Add the melted white chocolate to a piping bag or ziploc bag with the corner snipped off.
- Drizzle the white chocolate all over the top of the bars.
- Set aside to let the chocolate harden.
- Slice into triangles and serve!
