- Shredded Cheddar Cheese – You can also use a Colby jack or Mexican style cheese

- If serving outside at a bbq or event, you can put a pan of ice underneath to keep it chilled.

Easy Crack Corn Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cans Mexicorn, or southwest style corn 11 oz.
- 2 jalapeno diced
- ½ cup green onions sliced
- 1 ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, cheese, Jalapenos, and cheddar cheese.
- Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic powder.
- Fold all of the ingredients together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until ready to serve.
