This Cranberry Peppermint Martini is light, refreshing and perfect for sipping on once all the presents are wrapped under the tree or for serving up at holiday parties!
There are several things that scream the holidays. Snow, presents, cranberries, and of course, peppermint.
While I can’t necessarily help you with the snow and presents, I can help you with the cranberry and peppermint in this boozy holiday drink!
I love my seasonal cocktails as much as I love my seasonal coffee, candy and other holiday goodies so you know this is going to be good!
Cranberry Peppermint Martini
Ingredients:
- Gin
- Cranberry Juice – I prefer the 100% Cranberry Juice but you can use the cocktail juice too. You can also use Cranberry flavored vodka instead.
- Sweet Vermouth
- Peppermint Candy Cane – You can also get the pre-crushed candy cane pieces
- Sugar
- Simple Syrup
- Ice
- Martini shaker
Directions:
Crush up a single candy can into very small bits (or use pre-crushed candy cane pieces).
Mix sugar with crushed peppermint, then rim the Martini glass with simple syrup.
Turn the glass upside down and dredge the rim through the sugar and crushed peppermint.
