Why You’ll Love Our Recipe
- Easy to make using just 3-ingredients.
- The perfect dessert for one!
- Can be customized for any occassion and holiday.
Ingredient Information
- Strawberry Soda: I like to use the Fanta strawberry soda but you can use any kind you’d like. A healthier option would be the Strawberry Poppi or Strawberry Vanilla Ollipop.
- Vanilla Ice Cream: I like vanilla bean ice cream but you can use whatever kind you like. You can even mix it up and use chocolate ice cream.
- Whipped Cream: Optional but adds a bit of creaminess to the drink. Can also use thawed Cool-Whip.
- Valentine Sprinkles: Optional but makes the drink look cute and festive.
Storage Information
This does not keep well as leftovers so toss any leftovers. Consume right after making for best taste.
Helpful Tips
- You can change it up and use different flavors of ice cream and even different flavors of soda.
- You can prepare these in advance by putting cups full of ice cream in the freezer and then adding the soda and toppings right before serving.
- Serve with a matching Valentine straw for added cuteness.
