The closer we get to spring and summer the more excited I get. I am thinking of all the beautiful birds singing, warmer weather, and enjoying delicious frozen drinks by the pool.
So of course, I had to get a little ahead of myself and make this Frozen Berry Smoothie.

What You Will Need to Make a Frozen Berry Smoothie:
- Frozen pineapple
- Frozen banana, sliced
- Mixed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- Juice of 2 large oranges (you can also use water if you want to)
- Fresh Mint Leaves (optional, for garnish)
- Ninja Blender
- Cup
How to Make a Frozen Berry Smoothie:
This is probably one of the simplest recipes ever. All you do is throw everything into a blender and blend until it resembles a slushy consistency.
I will say that I recommend using a powerful blender, such as a Ninja. Only because when you are blending frozen fruits, it seems to blend more evenly without leaving chunks. I’ve had issues with other blenders not blending frozen items as well and I did not enjoy the random chunks.
After it reaches the consistency you want, you can enjoy it right away! You can even garnish with some fresh mint and berries. Store any leftovers in the freezer and re-blend as needed.
I had fun with the recipe and I sure hope you will enjoy it as much as I did!
