Funfetti Cream Cheese Mints are adorable little birthday cake flavored cream cheese mints that will be a hit at every party! With their sweet and creamy melt in your mouth texture and confetti sprinkles, these bite size treats are a delight!

I have to admit something, I’ve been obsessed lately with making Funfetti and rainbow themed desserts. I love how colorful they are!
So far, I’ve made Funfetti Cake Batter Popsicles, Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies, Funfetti Cheesecake, and Edible Cookie Dough with Funfetti Sprinkles. And I have more on the way!!
These Funfetti Cream Cheese Mints are the perfect treat to serve up at any party. Plus, they are fun to look and easy to make.
The best part is, these are a no-bake dessert which means no heating up your house while you make them! Yay!
How to Make Funfetti Cream Cheese Mints
Ingredients:
- Cream cheese
- Unsalted butter
- Powdered sugar
- Confetti sprinkles
- Birthday cake flavoring
Directions:
First, combine cream cheese and butter in a kitchen aid mixer and combine until smooth.
Slowly add powdered sugar until completely combined and a smooth dough has formed.
Add cake flavoring and 1/2 cup sprinkles, stir until combined.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Roll mixture into small 1/4″ balls and place on a cookie sheet. Repeat until you have rolled out all of the mixture and then smash down with a fork.
Sprinkle extra confetti sprinkles if desired.
Let dry on the cookie sheet for about 2 hours and then stick into the fridge or freezer.
You can then enjoy these right away or store in a container in the fridge for future consumption. These will last a few weeks in the fridge.

- 2 Pounds powdered sugar
- ½ cup Confetti sprinkles
- 2 tsp Birthday cake flavoring
Instructions
- First, combine cream cheese and butter in a kitchen aid mixer and combine until smooth.
- Slowly add powdered sugar until completely combined and a smooth dough has formed.
- Add cake flavoring and 1/2 cup sprinkles, stir until combined.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
