Ghost Air Fryer Brownies

The Air Fryer has quickly become a staple in our household. It just makes everything so fast without heating up the house.

With that being said, our newest creation is a Halloween treat that is sweet, gooey and adorable.

These air fryer brownies are so easy to make and they are topped off with Peeps Ghosts Marshmallows for a one-of-a-kind Halloween treat that’ll impress anyone.

What You Need to Make Peeps Ghosts Air Fryer Brownies

You will also need:

How far in advance can I make these?

These can be made 2-3 days in advance. Just be sure to store in a cool, dry place to avoid the brownies from getting wet and these getting too hard and stale.

Can I use Halloween Sprinkles?

Yes! If you’d rather use Halloween sprinkles instead of the confetti sprinkles, go for it!

Can I use other Halloween Peeps designs?

Of course! Peeps makes several Halloween Designs and you can use any of those that you’d like!

How to Make Ghost Air Fryer Brownies

Line the bottom of an  8×8 inch pan with Parchment paper, and set aside. 

In a large bowl, add the Brownie mix, Egg, Oil, Water, and Sprinkles. Mix well, until batter is smooth.

Pour the Brownie batter into the pan, and smooth evenly. 

Place the pan in the Air fryer, and set air fryer to the ‘BAKE’ setting, for 20 minutes, at 350 degrees.

When Brownies are done, remove the pan from the air fryer, and let cool for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.  

Remove the pan from the refrigerator, and frost with the Chocolate Frosting.

Place the Ghost Peeps on top of the Frosting, and sprinkle the Sprinkle mix over them.

When ready to serve, you can leave the Ghost Peeps laying on the Brownies, or you can stand them up. 

Cut in squares, and plate Brownies.  If desired, drizzle Chocolate Sauce over the top. 

Serve and Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of Brownie mix
  • 1 Egg
  • cup Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons of Water
  • 1 can of Chocolate Frosting
  • 3 packages of Ghost Peeps
  • 1 cup of Confetti Sprinkles
  • Chocolate Sauce – to drizzle before serving – optional
