This recipe will not only be the perfect addition to any Halloween party, it will also be a perfect school snack or make ahead and store in some cute Halloween treat bags to give to classmates and trick-or-treaters!

What You Need to Make Ghoul Boogers Popcorn:
- Sugar
- Butter
- Popcorn (can be microwavable)
- Water
- Neon green food coloring
- 10 bat sprinkles
- Saucepan
How to Make Ghoul Boogers Popcorn:
First start by popping the popcorn and set aside to cool. You can used bagged popcorn or fresh popcorn kernels – entirely your choice.
Next, add butter, water, food coloring, and sugar and simmer until it reaches a low boil. Stir frequently and boil for about 2 to 3 minutes to get it to thicken.
Once the mixture has thickened, remove from heat. Let cool for about 3 minutes.
Carefully drizzle the mixture over the popcorn, add sprinkles, and toss lightly. Tip: you can also lay the popcorn out on some wax paper and drizzle the mixture and sprinkles that way before serving.
Serve it up and enjoy. It’s a perfectly creepy recipe for any Halloween bash.
