I regularly volunteer at my kids’ schools and I typically help at every holiday party.

With that being said, I am always looking for fun, allergen-free treats to make and serve at those parties.

Well, these Goldfish Carrot Bags are the perfect snack for that. Plus, they look cute too!

Aside from school functions, these would make great neighbor gifts, teacher gifts and even gifts for your church or Easter family celebrations.

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance can I make these?
You can easily make these 2-3 days in advance. Just be sure to store them in a cool, dry place.

What else can I use besides Goldfish?
If you want to keep with the orange look, you can use any orange-colored snack item in place of the Goldfish. Cheetos, cheese puffs, Cheese-Its crackers, and dried apricots or tangerines.

How to Make Goldfish Carrot Treat Bags

Fill each cone treat bag about ¾ full with desired snack choice. Do not overfill! For this snack, I used goldfish crackers.

Twist the top of the bag. Cut the desired length of ribbon and tie the ribbon around the top of the bag.

Use your scissors to curl the ribbon (it’s best to have an adult help with this step!)
