Grinch Mug Cake
I have to admit, I sort of rock at making Grinch inspired treats for the holidays.
And I think I may have just topped them with this Grinch Mug Cake recipe.
Most of the recipes I make are made to feed a crowd but not this one. This one is meant to be enjoyed all by yourself (don’t feel guilty!).
If you can throw some simple ingredients into a mug and microwave it, you can make this recipe.

What You Need to Make Grinch Mug Cake
- Milk
- Oil
- Flour
- Sugar
- Baking Powder
- Lime Green Food Coloring Gel
- Vanilla
- Red Hearts Sprinkles
- Whipped Cream
Can I use regular food coloring?
Yes. You can use regular food coloring. However, I find the gel food coloring gives a brighter, more true Grinch green color so I suggest using that. If you do use regular food coloring, use the neon green color.
