How to Make Grinch Waffles

In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the eggs with the whisk attachment, until they’re light lemon colored, about 1 minute.

Add the milk and oil, and stir on low. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, and blend on low setting until all ingredients are mixed.

Turn mixer to medium high, and mix for another minute.  Batter may have a few lumps, but that’s okay.   Add about 10 drops of the Green Food Coloring Gel, and mix to blend.  Keep adding a few more drops until the desired shade of Green is achieved.

Heat the Waffle iron up to desired temperature, and when the waffle iron is hot, spray with Cooking spray (PAM)  and use a half cup measuring cup, and scoop the batter into the Waffle Iron and close the lid.

Repeat until you have used all the batter.

When the waffles are done, remove them to a plate, or serving plates, and butter while hot.

Top with syrup, whipped cream, and red Grinch heart sprinkles, and serve with your favorite parings.  Enjoy!
