What You Need to Make Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad
- Strawberries – Washed and sliced
- Mandarin Oranges- You can use the canned kind and just drain the juice
- Pineapple Tidbits– Canned is fine
- Fresh Kiwi – Peeled and sliced
- Mango
- Banana
- Cream Cheese – Allow this to thaw to allow it to be mixed easily
- Cool-Whip – You want this thawed a bit to make it easy to mix
- Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix –
- Milk – You can also use a milk alternative

Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb. strawberries tops removed and quartered
- 3 mandarin oranges peeled
- 20 ounce can of pineapple tidbits drained
- 3 kiwi peeled and sliced
- 1 mango peeled and cubed
- 1 banana peeled and sliced
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 1 3.4 oz. box of cheesecake instant pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese for 1-2 minutes, until smooth. Set aside.
- In another mixing bowl, whisk together cheesecake pudding mix and milk, until well combined.
- Add the cheesecake pudding and the cool whip to the cream cheese, and mix until well combined.
- Add the fruit to the bowl, and gently toss to combine.
- Chill for 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
