  • Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix
  • Milk – You can also use a milk alternative

How to make Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad
Prep Time 20 minutes
Chill Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. strawberries tops removed and quartered
  • 3 mandarin oranges peeled
  • 20 ounce can of pineapple tidbits drained
  • 3 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 mango peeled and cubed
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 3.4 oz. box of cheesecake instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese for 1-2 minutes, until smooth. Set aside.
  • In another mixing bowl, whisk together cheesecake pudding mix and milk, until well combined.
  • Add the cheesecake pudding and the cool whip to the cream cheese, and mix until well combined.
  • Add the fruit to the bowl, and gently toss to combine.
  • Chill for 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
