How I Make Money Working From Home

It seems like everywhere you look there is someone or something that says they can help you make money from home. While this may be exciting to hear, I am going to tell you that sadly most of those are “get rich quick” schemes and don’t allow you to make money at all UNLESS you buy something. Yeah, that is not my idea of making REAL money. So today I am sharing with you How I Make Money Working from Home and how I plan to make more!

The way I make money is 100% real and legit. I won’t sit here and tell you it’s easy money but I will tell you that it’s worth it! In the end, you will be able to support your family all from your couch and in your pajamas, if that’s what you choose.

How I Make Money Working From Home

It’s no secret that I am a blogger and it’s also no secret that some (most) bloggers make money by working online.

I work with many brands and companies to share their newest products and ideas with my readers and in return, I get paid. I treat and run my blog as a business which means I am my own boss, have freedom to do what I want (and also when I want), and I  help support my family while being able to stay home and care for my 2 boys. Pretty cool, right?

But it wasn’t enough, and I wanted more…

While it certainly is cool, it wasn’t enough. Before you start thinking I am greedy, let me explain why it wasn’t enough…

The money I made isn’t enough simply because I didn’t want to live an ordinary life. As an entrepreneur, I want to use my skills to make whatever I do so successful that I can live an EXTRAORDINARY life. A huge part of that extraordinary life is being able to travel the world with my family and more importantly, bring my husband home from his full-time job. I truly wanted my husband to be home with us to watch our kids grow because I feel like he has already missed so much of their lives.

I think many of you can relate to that feeling. So by making more money, it meant we could afford to have my husband home with me (that was my biggest goal), live debt-free (those student loans are KILLER), and be able to travel. Traveling + family = memories and those are irreplaceable to me.

As I mentioned, a goal of mine was to get my husband home where he could watch our kids grow rather than watch the white walls of a hospital close in on him. And guess what? My husband actually quit his job as of July 14th and has been home with me since! So how did we do that?

Well, we did it with a new business adventure! This means we have another source of income for our family and the freedom to be our own boss and work our own hours!
