Helpful Tips
- This recipe makes just one color. If you want multiple colors, you’ll need to repeat this recipe for each color.
- Do not leave your jello in the fridge when it’s still a sheet. If it dries too much, it won’t stick to roll it up as well.
- Do not overcook the marshmallows or they will dissolve too much into the jello mixture and they won’t leave the white film on top like you want. The white film is necessary to make the second color within your rollup when they’re finished.
- You can make the slices as big or small as you want. However, the size you cut them will determine how many you get out of the recipe.
- It may take a couple times rolling it up before you can get it tight enough.
- The middle of the roll will be a bit thicker than the ends. This is normal.
