Magic Eraser is Basically A Magic Cleaner In A Bottle
If you’ve ever used a Magic Eraser before you know the cleaning power behind those sponges is like magic.
You can clean all sorts of things with them but my favorite is to use them to remove scratches, dings, stains and finger prints on my walls.
This homemade magic eraser spray gives you that same cleaning power but in an easy to use spray bottle you can use alongside your favorite microfiber cloth or paper towels.

What You Need to Make Homemade Magic Eraser Spray
- White Vinegar – This really is such an underrated ingredient to have always on hand
- Borax- This has so many uses including using in laundry and of course, making your own homemade slime.
- Water– Tap water is fine but can also use distilled
- Essential Oil – This is optional but you can use any scent you’d like. I suggest lemon or lavender for the best smell.
Helpful Tips
- You can put all of the ingredients into a large bowl, stir and then pour into a spray bottle.
- You can double or triple the amounts to make multiple spray bottles.
- Store the cleaner at room temperature
3-Ingredient Magic Eraser Spray
Materials
- 2 Tablespoons Borax
- 12 oz. Distilled Vinegar
- 10-20 Drops of Favorite Essential Oil optional
- Water
Instructions
- Place the Borax into in the spray bottle (using a funnel makes this easier)
- Measure 12 ounces of distilled vinegar and add that to the spray bottle
- Next fill the remainder of the bottle with water
- Add about 10-20 drops of essential oil (this is optional)
- Place the top on the spray bottle and shake it up to mix all of the ingredients together.
- Spray and use right away!
