What You Need to Make Mini Mint Chocolate Mousse Pies:

How to Make Mini Chocolate Mousse Pies:

First, start by thawing out the Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Pie crust (follow the directions on the box). In the meantime, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Next, unroll the pie crust onto a hard surface and place the cookie cutter as close to the edge as possible. Cut rounds and set aside.

Prepare your muffin pan by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray. Take your round pie crust pieces and place inside each muffin cavity. You should have a small 1/4 inch or so ledge around each muffin cavity. You can also flip your muffin pan upside down and form the cups onto the back side of the muffin tin. Whatever way works best for you!

Bake the rounds for 8-10 minutes or until the cups are golden brown. Then remove from pan and place onto cooling rack.

Now, follow the directions on the dark chocolate pudding package to make. Allow to set.

Once pudding has set and the pie cups have cooled, place the dark chocolate pudding into a plastic bag using a spoon. Then snip off the corner.

Carefully pipe the pudding into each pie cup filling it entirely.

Top each chocolate filled pie cup with a quick squirt of the Reddi-Wip and a few mint chocolate baking chips.

These beautiful little cups are ready to serve!
