What You Need to Make A Blackberry Lush
- Golden Oreos, crushed into crumbs
- Salted butter, melted
- Cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- Powdered sugar
- Cool Whip, thawed and divided
- Fresh blackberries, rinsed and drained
- Blackberry jam
- Vanilla pudding
- White chocolate pudding – Use your favorite brand, I prefer Ghirardelli
- Whole milk – Can sub for a different type of milk, it just may not be as creamy
- Neon purple food coloring gel – optional but love the color it adds

- For the Oreo cookie crust, you can use either regular or Double Stuf Oreo cookies, depending on your preference.

No Bake Blackberry Lush
Ingredients
- 26 Golden Oreos crushed into crumbs
- 6 Tablespoons Salted butter melted
- 16 ounces Cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 16 ounces Cool Whip thawed and divided
- 1 cup Fresh Blackberries
- 2 Tablespoons Blackberry Jam
- 1 6.8 oz. Vanilla Pudding
- 1 3.4 oz. White Chocolate Pudding
- 1 cup Whole milk
- neon purple gel food coloring
Instructions
- Butter the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish and set aside.
- In a food processor, pulse the Golden Oreo cookies into crumbs, Place the crumbs in a bowl, and add melted butter and stir until well mixed.
- Press the cookie crumbs into the bottom of the greased baking dish and place in the freezer while preparing the cream cheese layer.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of frozen whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crumb layer and place back into the freezer.
- In a large bowl, using a whisk or spoon, add both packages of pudding mix, milk, and 1 cup of frozen whipped topping. Whisk until combined and mixture begins to thicken.
- Add the Blackberry Jam, and a few berries, and stir. Add about 1/2 a teaspoon of the Neon Purple food coloring gel, and mix to blend. If you’d prefer the color brighter, add a little more food coloring gel, and stir until the desired color is achieved.
- Spread pudding layer over the chilled cream cheese layer and chill for 2 hours, or until pudding is set.
- Add whipped topping, and smooth with a spoon. Place the dish back in the freezer until ready to serve.
- Cut in 3 X 3 squares, serve, and enjoy!
