No Churn Grinch Ice Cream

When it comes to celebrating the holidays, you may not think of a cold dessert such as ice cream but trust me, it’s a must-have!

This Grinch Ice Cream is just wonderful! With only a few ingredients, and no ice cream machine needed, it couldn’t be any easier to make homemade ice cream for the holidays! 

The best part is, kids can totally help make this and they’ll have a ton of fun doing it. Besides, isn’t this Grinch treat just adorable?!

What You Need to Make No Churn Grinch Ice Cream

How to Make No Churn Grinch Ice Cream

In a mixing bowl of a stand mixer, place the 2 cups of Heavy Whipping Cream, and whip the cream until it’s thick and stiff peaks form (about 5 minutes).  

In a separate bowl, place the Sweetened Condensed Milk, pinch of salt, and Vanilla, and stir well until completely blended.  Fold half of the Whipped Cream into the Sweetened Condensed Milk mixture, and stir until blended.

Add about 4 or 5 drops of the Neon Green and 4 or 5 drops of the Bright Green Food Coloring Gel, and stir to blend, and continue to add the food coloring gel until the desired color is achieved.   

Add the remaining whipped cream, and fold into the mixture, making sure the Ice Cream mixture is all green.

Fold in 1 cup of Mini Marshmallows, and stir to combine.

Place the bowl in the freezer overnight.

When ready to serve, scoop the Grinch Ice Cream into ice cream cones, or into bowls, and press the red hearts sprinkles into the ice cream.

Ingredients

  • Neon Green and Bright Green Food Coloring Gel
  • 1 Cup Mini Marshmallows
  • Red Heart Sprinkles
