Oreo Poke Cake is a delicious and chocolatey treat to make when you’re craving something sweet. This Oreo dessert is layered with chocolate cake, Oreo pudding and topped with whipped cream and Oreo crumble.

Oreo Poke Cake
Poke Cakes are one of my new obsessions.
Not only do they taste delicious and can be made in a variety of colors and flavors, but they are actually super fun to make!
Since we love Oreos in our house, I knew that I had to make an Oreo Poke Cake and I did.
I may be a bit biased but it turned out DELICIOUS!
If you love chocolate, cake and Oreos, you are going to love this!

Ingredients:
- Chocolate cake mix
- Water
- Vegetable oil
- Eggs
- Instant Oreo pudding mix
- Cold milk
- Whipped topping
- Oreos, crushed
- Chocolate Syrup for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with a light coating of cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, vegetable oil and eggs. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool, then using the handle of a wooden spoon poke holes over each inch of the cake. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk. Whisk together until smooth.
Pour pudding over cake and spread evenly.

Refrigerate for one hour.
Spread the whipped topping over the pudding layer.
Top with crushed Oreos and serve!
