Kids love foods in fun shapes and sizes and these Oreo Spiders make eating their favorite sandwich cookies fun for spooky season.

All you need is a few simple ingredients and you’ll have the perfect Halloween dessert in just minutes. No baking, no prep and no complicated ingredients required!

What You Need to Make Oreo Spiders

  • Oreos – You can use regular or double stuf. I prefer Mega Stuf Oreos.
  • Pocky Candy Sticks– I prefer the chocolate dipped kind
  • Black Cookie Icing – You can buy the premade that comes in a tube
  • Candy Eyeballs

Helpful Tips

  •  You can make these ahead of time and store at room temperature on a covered plate away from any moisture or heat.

Oreo Spiders

How to make adorable Oreo Spiders for a fun and cute Halloween dessert

Ingredients
 

  • 10 Mega Stuff Oreo Cookies
  • About 30 Pocky candy sticks
  • Black cookie icing
  • 20 Candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • To assemble the spiders, remove one side of the Oreo cookie.
  • Take 4 Pocky sticks, and cut the chocolate portion into 3 even pieces, about 1-1 1/4 inches long.
  • Press one end of 8 of the pocky pieces into the Oreo creme, to make the legs. Save the 4 remaining pieces for your next spider.
  • Place the Oreo cookie back on top, and press gently to re-seal the cookie.
  • Add just a dab of the cookie frosting to the backs of the candy eyes, or, place two dots on top of the cookie, and place the candy eyes there.
  • Repeat for 9 more Oreo spiders.
  • Allow a few minutes for the candy eyes to set, and your spiders are ready to enjoy.
