Frequently Asked Questions

What can I use instead of vodka?
You can use white rum or tequila if you prefer just know it may change up the taste.

Things to Note:

  • You can add ice to your shaker, if desired, but I think it waters down the shot a bit. I just make sure my ingredients are chilled beforehand.
  • It’s up to you whether or not you use cranberry cocktail juice or 100% cranberry juice. The sweetness will be mostly removed if you don’t use cocktail, but this is based on preference.
  • Using a quality vodka makes the shot that much better. Cheap vodka makes it taste like metal, in my opinion.
  • To mix things up, you can use cranberry flavored soda.
