What You Need to Make A Pumpkin Cheese Ball
- Cream Cheese – You can use reduced fat or fat free
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Ranch Seasoning – You can use premade or homemade
- Green Onions
- Salt & Pepper
- Bell Pepper Stem
- Crackers – optional but pairs so well with the cheeseball

Pumpkin Cheese Ball
Equipment
- Twine or Rope to make the pumpkin shape
Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp ranch seasoning
- 3 green onions sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bell pepper stem
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, spread the cream cheese around to soften.
- Add 1 cup of shredded cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and green onions. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix until well combined and ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Form the cheese mixture into a ball.
- Spread out a piece of plastic wrap, and add a sprinkle of cheese for the bottom of the cheeseball.
- Press remaining shredded cheese into the sides of the ball until it is completely covered.
- Wrap the ball in the plastic wrap.
- Use baker’s twine to tie 3 strands around the pumpkin to form a pumpkin shape, if desired.
- Before serving, top the cheeseball with the bell pepper stem.
