How to Make Red Velvet Cupcakes with Amaretto Vodka Frosting:
- Prepare and bake the Red Velvet Cupcakes according to the instructions on the box then allow to cool in baking pan for 10 minutes prior to frosting.

- If you want little bits of cocoa in the frosting, add it now and gently fold into the frosting (do not mix with a mixer or it will turn your frosting brown).

When you combine the goodness of the cream cheese frosting with the taste of the Amaretto Vodka it gives it a nice chocolaty-vanilla flavor. Keep in mind these are alcoholic since you do not cook out the alcohol from the vodka so these are not kid-friendly but very adult-friendly. 😉
