When I started the Weight Watchers Freestyle Program, I was surprised at just how many foods were considered zero points in the program.

This is currently The Complete List of Zero Point Foods which is 200+ foods you can utilize to stay on track and help keep your points within the recommended daily and weekly range to maintain your weight loss goals.

Keep in mind that all of these are zero points including variations of the fruits just as long as they are fresh, unsweetened or in their raw form. For example, applesauce with added sugar will not be zero points but organic or unsweetened applesauce will be.
