Unique, fun and inexpensive gift ideas are my go-to when it comes to giving small gifts to neighbors, friends, co-workers and extended family members.

That’s why I love this gift idea so much!

It’s so easy to make and it is relatively inexpensive. I was able to make 5 Christmas whisk gifts for under $3 each and I still have leftover supplies.

Cost breakdown:

  • Whisk – $1.25 (Dollar Tree)
  • Large Bag of Hershey’s Kisses $10 (I got too big of a bag honestly, so this can be much cheaper)
  • Curling Ribbon $1
  • 20 Pack of Clear Cellophane bags $2.00
  • Printable tag (free because I made it)
  • Scissors (free)
  • Single Hole Punch (free, I already had it)

Total cost = $14.25 but this can easily make 8 of these with 1 bag of kisses (aside from the whisks) making it less than $3 a gift!

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance can I make these gifts?
You can make these days or even weeks in advance. Just make sure to keep the chocolate away from heat sources.

Can I use other candy besides Hershey’s Kisses?
Of course. The gift tag was made for Hershey’s kisses (thus the KISSmas) but you can use any wrapped candies inside of the whisk.

How to Make A We Whisk You a Merry Kiss-Mas Gift

Start by printing out your “We Whisk You A Merry Kiss-Mas” gift tags. I used white cardstock but you can use regular paper as well.

Once printed, cut them out and you will have 4 tags per page.

Next, carefully stick the Hershey’s kisses inside of your Whisk. Be careful not to bend the whisk bars too much or the kisses will fall out.

Carefully stick the entire whisk bottom with the Hershey’s kisses, inside of a clear cellophane bag.

Use a piece of curling ribbon to tie the top of the cellophane bag (let the whisk handle stick through the top).

Attach the gift tag to the curling ribbon and curl the ribbon as you see fit.

Give it as a gift and watch them enjoy!
