Apple Crisp Cake in a Mug

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup Yoplait Original Apple Crisp Yogurt
  • 4 Tablespoons Fall Colored Red Velvet Cake Mix do not add any of the ingredients to this
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • Whipped Cream optional for topping
  • Dark Chocolate Granola optional for topping
  • Caramel Sauce optional for topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine the yogurt, cake mix, and water in your mug. Mix well.
  • Place into the microwave on high for 1-3 minutes. The timing will depend on the mug you use and how your microwave cooks. I suggest starting with 1 minute then cook an additional 30 seconds until the cake has risen.
  • Remove from microwave and allow to cool for about 3 minutes.
  • Top with whipped cream, chocolate granola, and caramel sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy!
