Raspberry Cream Mimosas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Rosé Champagne
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Grenadine
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes

Instructions
 

  • First, in a blender add ice cubes, sugar, and fresh raspberries, blend until the mixture resembles a raspberry slush.
  • Next, in the bottom of each champagne flute add 1/2 teaspoon of grenadine. Then spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons of raspberry slush mixture into champagne glass.
  • Add a 1/2 tablespoon of heavy cream to each glass and then top with Rosé Champagne.
  • Garnish with a 1 or 2 whole raspberry. You can even add a mint leaf for color.
  • Serve and enjoy!
