Ingredients

  • 1 tub plain Greek yogurt
  • cup almond milk can use soy milk as substitution for those with allergies
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Your choice of fruit. I used 1 cup each of strawberry blueberry, orange, and kiwi
  • ½ tsp sugar each for any fruit you use

Instructions

  • Blend together Greek yogurt, almond milk and vanilla extract. Set aside.
  • Cut/peel/prepare your strawberries and blueberries. Combine with your sugar in a small pan and heat 5-7 minutes until it cooks down to a jam-like texture. (This is optional, you can also use fresh fruit blended into a puree)
  • For your orange and kiwi, peel, cut, and mash with a fork until you have a thick, chunky texture.
  • To build your pops, alternate layers of fruit and yogurt until you are at the top. Take a butter knife, and poke down into your molds a few times each to give it a tie-dye look.
  • Freeze overnight.
