Start by popping your popcorn and then spread out evenly on top of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Next, melt your green melting candies in the microwave and drizzle over the popcorn.
Now, add the bug candies and Halloween sprinkles and allow the candy drizzle to dry.
While the candy is setting, you can work on making the Oogie Boogie treat bags following the instructions below.
First, start by folding your green bag in half and then cut off the top part (basically cutting a third of it off). Doing this will make the bag smaller which is better for filling and honestly, I think it looks better. I was unable to find smaller green bags but if you can find some, you can skip this step.
Next, draw Oogie Boogie’s face on a bag using a Sharpie. Draw his eyes , mouth, and a few lines around it to add detail.
Next, take the white foam paper and draw two square shapes lightly with a pencil. If you can, draw them as 3D cubes. These will be Oogie Boogie’s dice.
Now, cut out your shapes and and draw dice detail such as lines and dots. Of course, you want to make them look like they landed on snake eyes.
Use glue (we prefer a hot glue) and glue the dice to the lower part of the bag below Oogie’s face.
Now add the popcorn mix filling the bag with popcorn mix and Enjoy!
