Instant Pot Pumpkin Butter takes less than 15 minutes to make and is a delicious fall recipe that combines fresh pumpkin, apple juice, molasses and spices. It is perfect served on toast, biscuits and even over granola.
Next, place the pumpkin, apple juice, molasses, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt into the Instant Pot. Close the lid and valve and set on high pressure for 12 minutes.
With the help of an immersion blender or potato masher, combine everything together.
Seal in an airtight container and store in the fridge or enjoy right away.

This pumpkin butter is freezer friendly! So you can make a large batch and keep it frozen to have on hand at all times. You can use ⅓ cup brown sugar instead of using molasses and white sugar. This recipe makes about 1 1/2 cups which is about 12 servings at 2 tablespoons each.
