Start by lining a 13x9" pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking oil. Set aside.
Mix the brownie mix, egg, water and vegetable oil in a large bowl until well combined. Then pour into your prepared baking pan.
Bake at 325 for 21-23 minutes (use a fork to determine if they are done). Once baked, remove brownies from the oven and let cool completely.
Place brownies in the freezer for 30 minutes to get hard.
Remove the parchment paper and brownies from the pan and place on a hard surface such as a cutting board.
Using a circle cookie cutter, cut brownies out and place on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. You can also cut them into triangle, tree shapes if you prefer.
Divide the white chocolate into two bowls with 6 ounces in each (one bowl you will want to keep white and the
other you will dye green).
One bowl at a time, heat the chocolate in 30 second increments until melted and then transfer to a
zippered bag and cut the tip off (start with the white so it can dry).
Drizzle white chocolate on the lower 1/2 of the brownie to create snow.
Melt the other bowl of white chocolate and add about 4-6 drops of green food dye. You can also use green candy melts and melt those the same way.
Transfer to a zippered bag and cut the tip off.
Create a tree with the green chocolate and then sprinkle with holiday sprinkles and top with a star.
Let cool completely before serving!
