Start by making the dipping sauce so it can simmer while you're making the Pasta Chips.
In a large heavy bottomed sauce pan, add the Stewed Tomatoes, and with a sharp knife, and a fork, cut the whole pieces of tomato into small pieces ( you can use diced tomatoes - but they do not have the same flavor as Stewed Tomatoes, and your sauce won't taste the same).
Add the tomato sauce, and stir well. Add the Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder, Seasoned Pepper, Italian Seasoning, Ground Oregano, Sweet basil, and Brown Sugar, and stir altogether until well mixed.
Bring the sauce to a boil, then turn down the heat to low, and let simmer for half an hour.
While the sauce is simmering, follow the package directions for the Pasta.
Put the water on to boil, and cook the Pasta according to the times to cook on the Package - cook for the Al Dente, and not fully cooked, probably about 9 minutes. Drain the Pasta when it's done, and return it to the Pot.
Drizzle with Olive Oil, and toss the Pasta in the oil.
Sprinkle on the Garlic Salt, and Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, and Parmesan Cheese. Toss the Pasta again to blend all ingredients.
Place about 1/3 of the Pasta in the Air Fryer, and cook for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
When the Pasta has all been cooked in the Air Fryer, place in dishes, on plates, or serving platter and serve with the Dipping Sauce. Enjoy!
