Total Time 3 hours 20 minutes
Servings 16 2 oz. Shots

Ingredients

  • 1 box Orange Jell-O 3.5 ounces
  • 2 packets Unflavored Gelatin 0.25 ounces each
  • 2 Cups Boiling Water
  • ¾ Cup Cold Water divided
  • ½ Cup Vodka
  • ½ Cup Whipped Cream Vodka
  • ¼ Cup Simple Syrup
  • ½ Teaspoon White Gel Food Coloring
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Gel Food Coloring

Instructions

  • Line up about 16-20 shot cups, without their lids, on top of the baking sheet. Set aside.
  • Add the unflavored gelatin and 1 cup of boiling water to a medium bowl and mix well until there are no lumps.
  • Add the simple syrup, ¼ cup cold water, whipped cream vodka, and white food dye. Stir well.
  • Fill the cups about 1/4 of the way full. If using the baking syringe, that’s about 9ml for the first two layers, and about 12ml for the last two layers.
  • Place in the fridge for 30-40 minutes or until set.
  • In a separate medium bowl, mix together the orange Jell-O and remaining boiling water. Stir until dissolved.
  • Add the ½ cup vodka, ½ cup cold water, and black dye. Mix well.
  • Fill the cups another 4th of the way with the black mixture and place them back in the fridge for about an hour or until set.
  • Add another layer of white and place the cups back in the fridge for 30-40 minutes or until set.
  • Add the final layer of black and place the cups back in the fridge for an hour or until set.
  • Place the lids on top, serve, and enjoy!
