This festive Christmas Charcuterie Wreath will add a little bit of elegance to your holiday gatherings. It is an easy appetizer filled with finger foods placed in a wreath shape making it a fun way to serve snacks at your next holiday party.
1 ½cupsof green grapes and/or purple seedless grapes
Instructions
Use a large platter or wooden cutting board as the base (round is best). I used a large wooden pizza serving board.
Start carefully placing each of your ingredients on the board. Make sure as you are adding, plan them out using a mix of colors!
Start by placing the cheeses (mozzarella balls, cheddar, pepper jack and colby) in each of the four corners of the wreath to spread out the colors/like ingredients.
Then add your black and green olives.
Next, place your tomatoes and grapes. (be aware that that the round ingredients tend to roll, so just be careful as you place them)
Lastly, add your meats. This is important because you want to fold your meats in half, and then again to make almost a rosette. Placing them between other items on the board will allow them to stand up tall and look festive. You can also make a roll rosette by using the edge of a champagne glass, layering the sliced meat around the edge until you make a rose!
Once you get all the ingredients placed make sure that you have a circle shape by cupping in the edges carefully to round them out. Then use sprigs of your fresh greenery to decorate the wreath. Just tuck pieces round the edge and into the inner circle to create the greenery part of the wreath!
