Crumbl is taking the world by storm and with this Copycat Crumbl Muddy Buddy Cookies Recipe, you can bring those giant, buttery cookies home any day of the week.

Ingredients
  

For The Cookies:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsalted sweet cream butter softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

For The Chocolate Ganache:

  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 large piping bag with large round tip
  • 1 bag of peanut butter muddy buddies
  • 1 cup powdered sugar to dust on top

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats
  • Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and regular sugar until creamy. Push down sides as needed.
  • Beat in eggs, 1 at a time until combined
  • Beat in the vanilla extract
  • Whisk the dry ingredients into a medium bowl then gradually beat the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
  • Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop dough into your hands and roll into a ball.
  • Place the dough balls onto a cookie sheet and lightly press them into a thick round disk
  • Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown on the sides
  • Allow to cool completely before removing from cookie sheet
  • Using a small pot, bring the heavy whipping cream to a simmer and pour over the chocolate chips
  • Allow to sit for a minute before whisking until smooth
  • Allow to sit for 10 minutes to thicken before scooping into the piping bag
  • Once the ganache is in the piping bag, pipe tight spirals on the top of the cookies
  • Place a few muddy buddies on top of the ganache
  • Dust powdered sugar on the top of the cookies
  • Serve and Enjoy!
