In a medium bowl or measuring pitcher add 1 cup of boiling water and open the three envelopes of plain gelatin (I used Knox Gelatin) and sprinkle gelatin over the bowl of water and let them sit for 5 minutes, to bloom, or absorb into the liquid.
Let cool to room temperature and add beer.
When cooled, add the Butterscotch Schnapps, and Vodka, and stir well.
Place the plastic shot glasses on a cookie sheet that will fit in your refrigerator.
Pour the Gold Decorating Sugars in a shallow dish, and set aside.
Cut two of the marshmallows in half, and run the center of the marshmallow, where it's cut in two around the rim of each shot glass, if you need to discard a marshmallow after you've used it on a few glasses, just throw it away, and cut another marshmallow.
Once all the glasses have been rimmed with the sticky marshmallow, dip the shot glasses in the gold decorating sugars, and set them back on the cookie sheet.
Once all glasses are rimmed, ladle the gelatin mixture into the shot glasses, filling the glasses.
Place in the refrigerator until time to serve.
Before serving, shake the Reddi-Whip, well, and fill the tops of the shot glasses with whipped cream, and drizzle the whipped dream with the caramel sauce (I used Hershey's Caramel Topping in the Bottle).
Serve and Enjoy!
