Ingredients

  • 1 Package of White Chocolate Almond Bark
  • Food Coloring Gel for Chocolate - Red Blue, Purple, Yellow, Green
  • 1 package of Pretzel Rods
  • Christmas Tree Mold
  • 1 container of multi-colored Nonpareils

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, place the White Chocolate Almond Bark, breaking it into pieces.  Place the bowl in the microwave for 1 minute, stopping at 15 second intervals to stir the White Chocolate, until it's completely melted.
  • When the Chocolate is melted, place a small amount of the chocolate in 3 small bowls,(about a heaping Tablespoon) leaving most of the Chocolate in the large bowl.
  • Place about 1/4 cup of the Chocolate in a medium size bowl - this will be for the Yellow color.
  • In the 3 bowls, drop a drop or two of the Red food coloring gel into one of the bowl, and stir, and drop Blue in another of the bowls, and Purple in the last one.  Stir the chocolate, and if needed, and a little more food coloring to achieve the desired color.
  • In the Medium bowl, add the Yellow Food Coloring Gel, about 3 or 4 drops, and stir well to blend.
  • In the Christmas Tree Molds, there are indentations for the decorations that are on the tree.
  • Using a small paint brush, fill the indentations in with the Red, Blue, and Purple colored Chocolate.
  • Using a paint brush, fill in the Star on top of the Tree with the Yellow colored Chocolate.
  • Allow to dry, for about 10 minutes.
  • In the large bowl of melted Chocolate, add the Green Food Coloring to the Chocolate until you have the desired color of Green.  Start with 2 or 3 drops, and add a little more if needed.
  • Fill in the Mold about half way with the Green Chocolate, then lay the Pretzel in the mold, and spoon the Green Chocolate over the Pretzel, filling the Mold.
  • Let the Mold sit for about 1 hour to set, or harden the Chocolate.
  • Carefully pop the Christmas Trees out of the Mold and lay on Parchment paper.
  • Melt White Chocolate Almond Bark, or any melting Chocolate in the microwave, and drizzle it over the Pretzel Rods, then spoon/sprinkle the Nonpareils over the melted chocolate, and allow about 30 minutes for the chocolate to set.
  • Keep the Pretzel Rods in a container until time to serve.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
