In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, until smooth.
Divide the sugar mixture evenly into 3 separate bowls.
To one bowl, add black gel coloring, whisking, and adding more, as need, to get your desired shade.
Repeat for the other two bowls with the orange and then the purple gel coloring.
Prepare a cooling rack with a piece of parchment paper (or foil or something similar) underneath.
Dip the tops of the donuts into the colorful icing, and let the excess drip off for a few seconds.
Place them face up on the cooling rack.
Repeat for all of the donuts, alternating what color icing you dip into.
Allow the donuts to set so the icing can harden.
Then, melt the melting wafers in a microwave safe bowl, on 30 second increments, stirring well in between.
Once melted, allow the candy just a couple of minutes to cool.
Add the candy to a frosting piping bag, and snip off just the very tip.
Use the candy to make your spider webs, starting with the lines across and then connecting them with little waves to
make your spider webs.
Serve and enjoy!
