Stir in the chia seeds into the lukewarm water. Allow it to sit in the fridge overnight, or for at least 3 hours so they can soak up all the water. The next day you'll notice how gelatinous the chia seeds have become.
In a pitcher pour in the 2 cups of pomegranate juice and the cup of chia seeds.
