Crumbl Birthday Cake Cookies

These Copycat Crumbl Birthday Cake Cookies taste like the ones straight from the Crumbl shop. They are easy to make so you can enjoy these giant bakery cookies at home!

For The Cookie Dough: 1 1⁄2 cups unsalted sweet cream butter 1 1⁄2 cups sugar 3 large eggs 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 4 1⁄2 cups flour 3 teaspoons baking powder 3⁄4 cups rainbow Funfetti sprinkles

For The Frosting: 1 cup unsalted sweet cream butter 3 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 4 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream 1 large piping bag with large round tip 1⁄2 cup rainbow Funfetti sprinkles

Using a standing mixer, beat the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla (or cake batter flavoring) until combined, creamy and fluffy Using a medium bowl, whisk the flour and baking powder

Gradually beat in the dry ingredients into the wet until a soft dough forms Gently fold in the Funfetti sprinkles

Using a medium ice cream scooper, scoop out some dough and roll into a ball and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

You can add as many or as little rainbow sprinkles you'd like. I always say, you can never have enough but add to your liking.

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown Remove from oven and allow to cool. While the cookies cool, prepare the frosting.

Once the cookies have cooled, frost them in a swirled pattern using the piping bag and large round tip.

Top the cookies with the rainbow sprinkles. Add as many as you'd like (don't be shy). Serve and Enjoy!

Make sure you store any leftover cookies in an airtight container away from heat and moisture. You can safely store these at room temperature for a few days.
