Ice Pineapple juice Coco real Blue Curacao Prosecco Extra coco real for rimming the glass Sweetened, shredded coconut for the rim
To rim the glass, add a shallow layer of coco real to a plate. Then dip the rim of your glass into the coco real.
Add a layer of coconut to another plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the coconut.
To a cocktail shaker, add ice, pineapple juice, coco real, and blue curacao. Shake well to combine and chill.
Pour, strained into a champagne flute. Add 3 ounces of prosecco to the glass.
