Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt half of the chocolate in the microwave.
In a large bowl combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk well.
Add in cubed butter and mix until at a cornmeal consistency. Add in the eggs, vanilla, and melted chocolate. Stir until the dough is smooth. Then gently fold in the chopped chocolate.
Drop dough onto baking sheet in balls. Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes (cookies will be soft when they are done, do not bake until hardened).
Set on a cooling rack until cookies firm.
