This Grinch Fudge is an easy fudge recipe that combines 6 simple ingredients to make a one-of-a-kind sweet treat for the holiday season.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag White chocolate chips 14 oz
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk 14 oz
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter softened
  • teaspoon salt pinch of salt
  • Neon Green Gel Food Coloring
  • Red Heart Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Start by lining a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly spray with baking spray. Set aside.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Be careful not to burn the chocolate. You can do this by heating for 30 seconds, stirring and repeating until they are melted.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the condensed milk, butter and salt. Now, this will cause the chocolate to start to set. You want to stir fast and can stick it back into the microwave to reheat if needed.
  • Add 7-8 drops of neon green food coloring until you reach the color you desire.
  • Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish and smooth out until it is evenly spread in the pan. You can also pick up the pan and give it a few light taps against the counter.
  • Add your red heart sprinkles onto the top of the fudge. Spread them evenly apart so when you cut it, there is a single heart on each piece. In my pan I was able to fit 4 across and 4 down for 16 pieces.
  • Stick the fudge in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight to set.
  • Once the fudge is set, cut the fudge into even pieces and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
